Location was great. It is right next to the historical area of Catania (5-10 minute walk), while just far enough away that noise was not an issue. It is also just across the road from the bus stop for the Alibus (airport bus) which is by far the cheapest and most convenient way of getting to and from the airport. Simona was very helpful at pointing me toward the main tourist sites and I really appreciated being able to store my luggage after checking out, and being able to use the bathroom before heading to the airport for an evening flight.

The view from the room was nothing to write home about, but I appreciate that you can't have it all. Everything else about the room was great (spacious, clean and well equipped)

The property was in a central location. The area had a rustic charm. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe. The room itself was incredibly spacious and clean. The fridge had free water and fizzy drinks which was a bonus. However, the best thing about the property was the staff. They were so incredible and accommodating. I had a Teams meeting on the day I checked out and it was after check out so they arranged a separate room for me. I also had a late flight so they allowed me to leave my luggage there until I left for the airport later in the evening. The service was excellent as nothing seemed like a big ask. I was planning on coming back anyway but now I will most likely come back and stay here again!

It was a spontaneous booking due to the change of plans, but it was a great decision! We arrived in Catania late, and we were able to check in by ourselves. Our room was spacious and had a small balcony with a view of the city center. The mattresses are very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. And the hosts were friendly. We were also able to leave our luggage here after checking out, so it was really convenient.
