Location, safe and quiet neigbourhood, beautiful and friendly setting. Houses and gardens kempt immaculate. Happy to join evening conversation around fire with management staff and neighbours.

Location is fantastic, within walking distance to beach, wharf and downtown dining. Well kept grounds in a safe neighborhood. Plenty of parking, parking passes available for $5/day. Full kitchen with large fridge. Private rooms are very nice. Dormitory was clean, comfortable beds, earplugs available. Very friendly staff.
No grocery shopping in the immediate vicinity.
