This is the best price for this location; 1 block away is 4x more a night. Food right across the street, coffee a block away, beach and pier are a block away, Bike rental across the street. Zero downside to this place. I will be back.
Parking is a little tight but there is street parking after hours that is free, as long as you dont mind moving it before 8am or going down to drop some quarters. Not really a big deal, no complaints.

It was super nice and exceeded our expectations. Joe was super friendly and hilarious. Everything was clean and the shower head was amazing with immediate hot water. Great experience overall.

I was very impressed with this place, staff was so friendly!! couldn't ask for a better location! Beach a 2 minute walk or less! Room was clean! and nice. Great Value. I would definitely stay again!

The property was close in proximity to the beach. Standard room.
I had an issue with my bank and the property taking out 2x the refundable deposit. It seems to all have been reversed 4 days later but was annoying on the trip to be 100 dollars less than I had originally budgeted for.
The room was pretty standard. On the hard side of a bed, microwave and fridge.
I stayed for one day and in the morning I found a cockroach on the bathroom mirror.
When I tried to ask the manager about my money and try to get it worked out I did bring up the cockroach and made to feel like I was just saying it to be inflammatory as he didn’t seem bothered by it.
I wouldn’t stay there again if it were me. It did have a cheap price point though.
