Very nice hotel, Good location, in heart of the city. Neat and clean, very good service, especially the hot tub is amazing. The Manager Ankit is very helpful person.

If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, this is a great option. We stayed with our two teens and had an enjoyable experience. The location is fantastic—within walking distance to several restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a solid choice for a family-friendly stay close to all the action.

Our dislikes People on the flor above walking on their heels to make loud pounding sounds on the ceiling. Interesting that we never heard anything else from that room but the noise from the heels hitting the floor.
above. MY GF heard an set of two sirens fly down the road. I was not awake at the time. Benefits: The room had a nice layout with 2 sinks and a refrig and microwave which we didn't use but perhaps next time. Nice bed that was sold as a king but my GF's CA king is so much bigger that we both said to each other "This is a King bed?. It probably is and we are getting soiled by her bed. The bed was good for everything we wanted. The louver window coverings were nice but not a dark out situation so bring a mask if you wish to sleep in.
