the staff was extremely helpful and professional, but personable at the same time. I enjoyed my conversation with the owner , as she treated me like family and we were guest in her home.
the key card kept getting de magnetised... i think my phone was the issue... but the owner or front desk helped everytime

The nice lady at the front was very accommodating during check in. We had a big party and she made sure we were next to each other and both rooms were ready the same time. She prioritized us as guest and went above and beyond.
Elevators would be cool but it wasn’t necessary because we packed light and the staff offered to help us with our bags immediately after checking in.

Front desk attendant was friendly and check in was pretty quick. Room was descent for a night’s rest. Bathroom seemed to have been recently remodeled so it was clean. Free self parking. Fold out couch option was appreciated but there was no additional bedding for it.
Could use a shampoo niche or caddy in the shower since there was nowhere to place anything. No coffee maker. Facilities could use many improvements.
Price was to high.
