Nice house, but...
The location is excellent, and the property is nice and roomy
Sadly there is a construction site next door, which seems to be a major issue in Kolasin at present. During our stay, the electricity was cut off due to non-payment of a bill. The owner did refund us one night for this, but it wasn't hugely convenient to have to find another accommodation at short notice.

A bit difficult to find - while the road outside is being repaired and cannot be used. Head for restaurant Sherpa and park there. Very good cottage.

Thanks to a central (electric) heating you will not be cold regardless of how cold outside may be. The hut's accommodation has everything you need even though furniture needs some refreshment.
Outside photos are not up to date, there is a big construction site just next to the hut (generally a problem in whole Kolasin). I was okay the cleanliness but my wife not at all. The hut has a potential to be very pleasant with just a bit more touch. Also bed sheets need a replacement.
