Very Friendly and passionate owner, there is even a "Steward“ who will take care of the stay and our breakfast everyday. the environment is very nice and peaceful, with a small garden that we can even set up picnic and have meditation. Variety of Breakfast Choices provided. The place is only 5mins to a street where you can enjoy not only local food, but also western foods and drinks. We love the stay very much, would definitely recommend to others!

Nothing much i could think of, maybe the kitchenware and stove look a bit old? But they are still very good functioning, and we would not need to worry about cooking because the breakfast is served everyday and we have the rest of the meals outside

Great location for space for groups /family, parking can acomodate max 3 cars.

HomeAwayFromHome - I had been to Jogja several times, but, for different reasons every time. THIS TIME, it is a vacation for my Mother & siblings. So, here in Jogja, I need a “HomeToStay” Not just a “PlaceToStay”. My Mother was brought-up in Jogja till she was about 15yrs old. This is her fourth time back to Jogja and I had never seen her enjoyed so much. When I browsed the internet, I had to Zoom-In for Space, Locality, Comfort, Neat, Tidy, A LiveIn CareTaker, Able to Cook, All Rooms with Toilets. It’s NOT an easy task, especially with All the Priorities lined-up. Then after sometime of browsing, I saw SummerGrass and was attracted by the name. It is TrueReflection and Warmth of the People, Place, Food, Heritage, Culture etc., in Jogja. Hence, when we arrived in Jogja, SummerGrass is the Perfect Choice & we will not go hunting elsewhere whenever we come back to Jogja. - Faridah (Singapore)

Suggestions : 1. Need to fix ceiling fan in the verandah. 2. To Add more comfortable seats in the living area (under the ceiling fan). 3. To build different washroom for drivers, as they dont feel comfortable to use the one in the house, especially when guests are at home. 4. To provide more kitchen towels.
