A wonderful time in a truly Mexican neighbourhood!
Excellent value for money, clean, comfortable, friendly, helpful, located in an upbeat working class neighbourhood with a typical market, great street food and cafes (one wonderful, Café Salgari, I think) close by. No food is offered, but there is an eating area with dishes, cutlery, a coffeemaker and microwave to reheat market or other takeout. Near both the University and Coyoacán but not for timid tourists.
No easy public transit routes are close, so it's either round about time consuming routes, take taxis or walk. Taxis are inexpensive though and walking informative. No complaints on accommodation, just know what you're getting.

Fue el lugar perfecto para hospedarme en mi visita a la Ciudad de México, descansé y disfruté!
Recibí el cuarto en perfectas condiciones de limpieza, todo estaba en orden y es obvio el cuidado que tienen en mantener todo impecable. El cuarto es acogedor también. El área donde está localizado esta casa de huéspedes es muy segura, y está rodeada de establecimientos comerciales y de servicios a los que se puede acudir en caso de necesitarse algo, por ejemplo, hay servicio de copias a unos cuantos metros, al igual que establecimientos comerciales donde se puede comprar alimentos y bebidas, también hay restaurantes para todos los gustos a unos 100 - 500 metros a la redonda. Se puede caminar de noche con tranquilidad, desde luego que siempre hay que ser precavidos, pero en general es muy seguro. Hay un mercado a unas 3 cuadras, donde se puede comer y los fines de semana se pone un tianguis. La casa de huéspedes está muy bien localizada, de tal manera que se puede conseguir transporte tales como rutas de autobuses urbanos y el metro a una corta distancia, aunque se tiene que caminar algunos minutos para el metro, en realidad está cerca. Tiene todos los servicios necesarios tales como agua caliente, TV, Wifi, etc. Entrando a descripciones subjetivas, el lugar me dio una tranquilidad y paz mental que me permitió disfrutar del ambiente, además están al pendiente de la llegada de los huéspedes, y el trato es cálido, por lo que en todo momento me sentí bien recibido y asistido.
No tengo nada que decir en este sentido, no puedo pensar en escribir algo que no me haya gustado, estuve muy contento en este lugar, en verdad me sentí como en casa.
