Superb breakfast served in the garden. The Chef comes out to discuss the options. You have to accept it is an old property and don't expect chain like levels of finishing. Amazing grounds with Peacocks, a tortoise and a cat.

Gorgeous setting, Fabulous staff, delicious breakfast. One of the nicest BNB’s I have ever stayed at. A must if you are planning to stay in Coyoacan. .

The staff was friendly and made me feel very welcome. Bed was super comfy and the architecture of the building is great.
Quite a few negative points: - they host parties on the weekend meaning it can be loud until late. Many places do this but at least they could let you know…. - I message them because I arrived quite late, just after midnight, no answer. When I arrived at the gate no doorbell, you have to ring someone for them to come and open the gate, waited 5 min in an empty street… - Breakfast is basic, not worth having it plus the peacocks are constantly trying to steal stuff on the table
