About this house rental

We have a Solo Yukon fire pit, just bring your own wood! Enjoy the outdoors next to a fire.
We have 4 newer resurfaced pickleball courts in the community! No need to bring your cornhole set, we have one in the backyard!
Special pricing for 4-6 night stays (during off-peak season). The discount is already computed with 7 or more date inquiries. The discount is $112 for the 4th, 5th, AND 6th nights during NON PEASK SEASON. You must inquire for the pricing before booking for 4, 5 and 6 night stays during off peak. One week rentals and more are automatically discounted by the system (during off-peak season).
We invite you to our 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom, lakefront home at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in gated, private Lake Arrowhead community just 1 hour north of Atlanta. The dock has deep water access which provides a perfect spot for you to swim, fish, or sunbathe. There is over 60 feet of lakefront right outside your back door. The deck and dock overlook the eastern shore of Lake Arrowhead with both lake and mountain views, which are spectacular, especially in the fall.
The home includes appliances, linens, furniture, electronics, and fully stocked kitchen. Other amenities include gas fireplace, gas grill, and a washer/dryer. The home includes 3 queens, and a trundle- with full bottom and twin on top, and 1 pull out queen sleeper plus loft with day bed and trundle. A pack and play and high chair are available upon request before arrival.
There are approximately 10 steps to get down to the home from the parking pad- street level, and you must go down a flight of stairs from the main level to the back yard to get to the lake level, please see the photos of the back of the home. Not recommended for individuals with limited mobility
THEATER ROOM: 2 large screen tvs, internet (WiFi) and free dialing included. The theater room includes dlp projector, theater lighting, theater seating, and popcorn concession machine.
The theater room is AWESOME! I wish I put one in my regular home. The carpet has a glow in the dark confetti design. The room also has blue rope lights near the ceiling. A large theater popcorn machine sits in the corner. Use the DVD player for smart app functions.
BOAT RENTAL-
20' Bentley - BRAND NEW in 2025
24' Bentley
Boats $275/day, $1595/week
We have Bentley 20' and 24' pontoon boats available for rent for experienced boaters. If you do want to rent our boat there is a minimum 3-day rental during peak season, 2-day minimum rental off peak season. The rate includes a full tank of gas and you must fill the gas tank when finished. Sorry.... no tubing or any other towing. (insurance rules). Please reserve the boat early, we only have 2 boats for our 4 homes. First come, first served.
2 hydro bikes, 10 foot paddle board, canoe, and a 2 kayaks are available at the home for your enjoyment at no cost.
There is a hot tub for your enjoyment. It is great to soak in the tub in any season and view the mountains. We empty the water and clean the hot tub after each rental for your hot tubbing enjoyment!
The minimum age to reserve the home is 30 years old. Not recommended for individuaals with limited mobility

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was at this property! The listing accurately described the property, but in person it was even better than expected. The view from the great room was incredible, a view of the lake and the mountain. The wood floors and ceilings are beautiful, and the house is very tastefully and practically furnished for a family. There are “hidden” gems everywhere in the house, from the breakfast nook with a view of the lake, the arcade game with 60 classic games, the 8 family games like parchesi and clue, the private bedroom suite downstairs, the Florida room, the amazing theater room with movie-theater popcorn maker, the hot tub, to the outdoor recreation area with corn hole, fire pit, dock, aqua bikes, kayaks, canoe, floats, and life jackets. The owner has thought of everything and you will not be lacking anything you need. The kitchen is well appointed, better than any rental I have experienced. Our grandkids enjoyed picking their own bedrooms, and the loft was a hit for the oldest one. The owner was very responsive to communications and helpful. Just show up with your food and your clothing, you won’t be disappointed!

We had an absolutely wonderful time!! The house was beautifully appointed with lakeside and specialty touches all around. Kids ranging from 17-6 were entertained to the extent that they didn’t even bicker while they bounced around from one activity to the next. They loved the retro video games and totally AWESOME movie theater then stayed active outside with the hydro bikes, canoe, and kayaks. They ran all around playing hide-and-seek and other activities, taking full advantage of the spacious interiors while the adults played games and enjoyed the fantastic view. The owner was quick to respond to questions. It was easy to check-in, and they did not require significant clean-up activities that some owners require. Be sure to leave promptly at check-out time as we had someone knocking within a few minutes of check-out time. They do allow check-in at 3:00 instead of 4:00 which is nice although we unfortunately did not get the chance with a later arrival at 7:00. We felt the price for the accommodations and accompanying features was a steal for the area. We would definitely come back if given the chance!!
