About this house rental
This lovely property sits off of a gravel road on three acres. There are five bedrooms with six queen beds and one king. The house has three levels with the kitchen, dining room and living room on the middle level. The kitchen has granite counter tops with an island cooktop. All appliances are stainless steel. The upper and middle levels have hardwood flooring. The bottom level is covered in tile and carpet. The master bedroom is on the middle level and it has a private shower and Jacuzzi tub. The upper screened in porch is accessible from the master bath and the kitchen. On the bottom level there are two bedrooms, a movie room with theater seating, a bar and another screened in porch. The top level has the two remaining bedrooms.
There is a huge front yard for all sorts of activities and an oversized barbecue grill. There is a 750 sq ft gym/workout facility located on the property grounds. The property is located less than a mile from Lake Allatoona and Red Top Mountain. Lake point sports complex is about 10 min away. Harstfield Int airport is about 45 min away. Downtown Atlanta is about 20-25 min.
There are several cameras monitoring the outside areas, as well as an alarm system. This property is strictly for lodging purposes only.
No partying, large gathering or heavy traffic allowed. These rules will be strictly enforced by guest being removed from the property. No exceptions.

The overall space and design was very roomy for 9 adults. The property itself needs some TLC. The electronics had very little instructions. Remotes were half put together. Theatre was nice but game chairs didn't work and couldn't get the surround sound to function. The outdoor space also requires some attention as the fire pit is falling apart and the outdoor patio furniture was really dirty. Gas grill was ok but needs attention or replacement. It worked after some difficulties. The location was nice and wooded and very quiet. If some attention were given to this property we'd consider staying again.

Outstanding rental. Tons of room. We stayed with 7 family members and it was never crowded. Elderly parents and kids. Everybody was very happy. Kitchen is massive and wonderful. Beds comfortable. Bathrooms are modern and outstanding showers.Host was great. Very accommodating. Easy rental. Beautiful and secluded.Zero complaints. Highly recommended.

Overall an amazing experience! The rooms were very nice and spacious, loved the entertainment center along with the bar. Absolutely top notch facility! Loved the fire pit out back.

Kitchen was wonderful, space was perfect, outside was perfect for kids to play, but it did have a few junkie areas. The negative was maybe a touch up painting on porches. There was a soft spot on the back porch, weight room was junked up and dirty. And I’m sure this was a mistake but the master bath had hair all in it.
