About this cottage rental
This is for the guest apartment only located adjacent to the main house. The property sits on 3 acres off of a gravel road. There is a 750 sq ft gym. Lake Allatoona is about 1 to 2 min away. Red Top Mountain is about 5 minutes away. The Lakepoint sports complex is located about 15 min away. This property is strictly for lodging purposes only. No partying, large gatherings or heavy traffic allowed. These rules will be strictly enforced by guest being removed from the property. No exceptions.

It was a short stop on our way home. Didn't use the kitchen, but everything you would need was there. Not use to the steps as in Florida, there aren't many. Pretty good work out! LOL Very clean, and comfortable.

Excellent upstairs apartment. Quiet and close to town. Everything was perfect. I could live here! Host was very responsive, great rental

Needs updating. Front door really needs replacing. Okay for one night. Grills need replacing or removed from property.
