About this apartment rental
We recently finished the lowest level of our home into this awesome private living space!
Orange Room*
Starting with finished concrete floors, a dining area with kitchen, (we do not have a built-in oven, but there is a toaster oven and microwave), counter top electric stove, apartment size refrigerator with top freezer, plenty of cabinets and counter space.
Large bathroom with dresser/mirror, shower and vanity.
Comes furnished with a comfy couch, lazy boy recliner, 55" flat screen tv (includes Directv Netflix HBO and you can hook up your laptop to the HDMI 2 input).
Sleeping arrangements start with the "pull down from the wall" Murphy bed (Queen size) sleeps two. Comfy couch will sleep one. Maximum accommodations: 3 guests.

Blueroom* We just added even more living space with the completion of our added master bedroom the "Blue room". If you need extra sleeping space or you just want to splurge a little more this is the Add-on for you. This beautifully furnished giant bedroom has a queen size bed with ample seating space, giant wall tapestries, a door to outdoor seating amongst the trees for coffee on a hanging bench swing. All this can be added to your stay for an additional nightly rate of $30.00 per night.
Maximum accommodations: 2 guests.
This space (The blue room*)will be locked off for those who just want the original (orange room*) for a lower price.
Get this extra space for an additional $30 per night. If you would like to add this additional space let us know when you inquire and we'll add it to your order. Simply request, "blueroom".
Private Key-pad door entry for safety and convenience.
Please note: To get to your space, this requires a bit of a hike down hill, with stepping stones. This unit may not be suitable for some older guests or handicapped. It’s a hike down, then a hike back up the hill.
Our parking is limited to one (1) car. Strictly enforced unless previously arranged.

Everything was amazing!! Great atmosphere, great host!!! This was our second time staying and we felt at home. It's in a very convenient location and I love the private entrance.

Everything was great. Very clean! Sweet porch swing. Parking a little tricky but doable. I did not read close enough that there is not an oven but that was my fault! Thank you to the owners!

Nice unit for a couple. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping as well as Kennestone Hospital. This property is well stocked with everything you need to cook. Would not hesitate booking again.

The overall apartment was a finished basement requiring 38 steps down and up a steep slope to access. There is no handrail! The apartment was clean by Vrbo standards. I have to say the mirrors and the glass pictures and the TV screen could all use a good cleaning. The kitchen lacked some necessary items, but I didn’t need them because I ate out the whole time.
The owners were apparently there for the weekend, but were never visible. However, on Sunday morning around 11:30 AM, someone decided to take a Jacuzzi bath and the LOUD noise was quite disturbing.
I owned a VRBO for 6 years and I stayed at several myself throughout the world. I gave this place a five out of 10 based upon its location, and it’s ability to access the apartment.
I do hope the owners have a good insurance policy, because there was a 30 foot drop from the stairway into the gully beside the steppingstone walkway down to the apartment with no safety measures in place.
