About this house rental
You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home with three bedrooms and one bath. We are 10 minutes to Lakepoint Sports Complex. Logan Farm Park is literally in your backyard and downtown Acworth’s Main Street and Acworth Beach are a short walk. We are minutes away from I75 and Allatoona Lake. You and your pets will enjoy the large fenced in yard with fire pit. Additional $90 pet fee. New floors, doors, & tiled shower. Kitchen is fully stocked. Washer & dryer.
The space
You’ll love being so close to many of the best restaurants and wedding venues in Acworth, the Acworth Community Center with pickleball, gym and walking track, and Logan Farm Park with miles of walking trails and a wonderful playground. The park includes 120 acres of fun with walking trails, playgrounds for the kids, picnic areas and plenty of green space for activities with family and friends. We have a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer. The house has three bedrooms and one bathroom with a newly remolded step-in tiled shower. New LVP floors throughout, windows, trim, and doors added in 2022. No carpet. Fenced in yard, fire pit, and pets welcome with a $90 fee.

When leaving the house make sure to pull the door closed in order for deadbolt to latch. When inside the house push door closed for deadbolt to lock.
