Wspaniałe miejsce zwłaszcza na odpoczynek. Widok z okien bezcenny. Z dala od zgiełku miasta dobre miejsce startowe zarówno na zwiedzanie i plażowania jak i na wędrówkę w góry. Właściciel Gerard uprzejmy, bardzo pomocny. Jeszcze przed przylotem udzielał przesłał nam rady i informacje, przydatne w organizacji naszego pobytu. Sprawnie odpowiadał na nasze pytania. SUPER!

Gérard is a very attentive host. He gave us a ton of useful information before our arrival to get there safely and efficiently, he took the time to explain to us the best way to park our car. His apartment is very well-equipped and confortable, with the best view of Nice. It is perched on an hill, facing the bay, but surprisingly you are just 40 minutes away from the beach by foot. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and relaxing.
Bakeries and stores are at the bottom of the hill. It means you need to get a serious flight of stairs to get there, or a bus. It doesn't take long, but it is steep.

Gerard est une personne extrêmement gentille, serviable et disponible. L'annonce est conforme à la réalité. Tout est présent pour passer un très bon séjour. On y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin.

Die Unterkunft war super. Es war alles da was man braucht. Wir hatten einen tollen Komfort und eine super Aussicht auf Nizza und das Meer. Wir konnten sogar schon früher ins Haus als angegeben. Das war perfekt für uns.
Mit dem Gastgeber Gerard Gras hatten wir Kontakt via WhatsApp und er hat uns alle wichtigen Informationen zu kommen lassen.
Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist muss man wissen, dass die Zufahrt sehr eng ist. Hinzukommt, dass das Parken sehr problematisch ist, weil es sehr eng ist und man muss sehr nah an der Wand parken, damit andere Fahrzeuge vorbeifahren können.
Leider wurde unser geparktes Auto zweimal getroffen und beschädigt und die Verursacher sind einfach geflüchtet. Am besten man parkt oben gegenüber der Pizzeria. Von da sind es dann ca. 300 m bis zum Haus.
