The location was nice and quiet and perfect for our week in Nice. The flat is small but comfortable, with plenty of room for a couple. The fittings are a little old but everything worked well and was clean and convenient.
The pool was lovely (new and clean) and the gardens are clean and secure and parking is good.
Small touches like board games, sonos speaker, bottle of wine on arrival were all appreciated.
The walk into town was not much fun due to the stairs, but it was a short drive, so reasonably convenient.
We would have liked some flexibility with check out time as 10am was a bit early.
