Arenada Apartment and Rooms sud

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, quartiere molto tranquillo con facilità di parcheggio, a pochi minuti dal mare e dal centro di Cagliari. L’appartamento è composto da cucinotto, 2 bagni, una camera matrimoniale, un letto matrimoniale in salotto, molto comodo per 3/4 persone. Proprietario molto gentile, ci ha consigliato tanti posti da visitare e ristoranti.

Essendo un appartamento al piano terra un po’ ribassato potrebbe sentirsi un po’ di umidità, ma c’era il condizionatore caldo/freddo.

Great location, not in the centre, but in a quiet residential area, close to a bus stop to take you into the centre or out to the beach in about 15 minutes. Mariano was very helpful and friendly.

-The host is super friendly and thoughtful, he prepared everything you may need (e.g. hairdryer, list of recommended restaurants, mosquito repellent light, drying rack etc.) and is ready to give extra info when you need. He also showed me where to buy bus tickets and took me to the bus station when I needed to go to the beach. -excellent location, within walking distance to city centre and the port. It's located in a quiet residential area -there is a bus stop in front of the property so super easy to find the property and to get around from there -there's a coffee machine and a toaster in the room with some breads, juice and biscuits in the room provided, great for a quick breakfast in the morning overall I felt at home and definitely good value for money

The host was very generous and caring! If we had a question, he replied asap and did his best to help us out.

Unfortunately, the room/apartment. We got the one in the basement. The floors were super cold and the room was very humid. In the mornings we had condensation on the outside doors/windows. I caught a cold, and spent the rest of the trip with fever.
