Estay - Bright Gianturco 19

The apartment is spacious, clean and generally well equipped, with a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has almost everything needed for a longer stay, including a large fridge, dishwasher, stove, plenty of kitchenware and a washing machine. A small welcome kit with dish soap, a sponge and a cleaning cloth was a nice touch. The bedroom was comfortable and quiet, with good air conditioning and a pleasant view. The apartment also has a second air conditioner in the kitchen and a fan in the living room. The location in the San Benedetto neighbourhood is convenient, with several restaurants, supermarkets and cafés within easy walking distance. The area felt safe and peaceful, even in the evening. The parking was a major reason I chose this property, and it lived up to expectations. There is a gated residential courtyard with parking spaces, and I always managed to find a spot. The arrival instructions were detailed and clear, including a Google Maps link to the parking entrance. The staff at the key collection office were also very friendly.

Despite its potential, the apartment needs better maintenance and more convenient guest procedures. The bathroom was the biggest disappointment: old and poorly maintained, with a cramped shower, slow drainage, an unpleasant sewage smell and a faulty bidet drain stopper. The coffee machine also leaked badly. Check-in requires collecting the keys from an office about 15 minutes' drive away. Despite completing online registration in advance, I still had to wait another 15 minutes. The staff were friendly, but self check-in at the property would be much easier. There was no key for the pedestrian entrance to the parking courtyard, forcing me to use the vehicle gate despite a sign prohibiting this. Check-out was particularly inconvenient: guests must leave all keys inside, although they are needed for the elevator and parking gate. Since the apartment is on the fifth floor, this is a real problem with luggage. I had to park on the street the night before, take my suitcase downstairs, then return upstairs to leave the keys. Waste disposal was unnecessarily complicated, with five categories and specific collection days. Warnings about deductions from the €150 security deposit added to the stress, especially given the cleaning fee. The apartment was rather dark, and the balcony was mostly a utility area with bins and a washing machine. The kitchen air conditioner also left a puddle on the balcony floor. At over €100 per night, I expected better maintenance and a smoother experience.

Apartamento amplio, con parking propio, a 20 minutos caminando al centro de Cagliari donde estan los bares y restaurantes. Nos dieron de regalo un vino blanco de bienvenida.

Es un apartamento con cocina, pero no tenía detergente para lavar los platos por ejemplo, lo cual imposibilitaba un poco el uso de los utensillos. No me gusto el hecho de tener que recoger las llaves en otra oficina que no sea en el mismo lugar del apartamento
