Perto de tudo, proprietário simpático e disponível, tinha o essencial.Tinha ar condicionado.
Cabine de duche pequena, 3° andar sem elevador e a cozinha poderia ter mais utensílios, apesar de ter o essencial. Apesar de estar referido a inexistência de wifi , a cada poderia ter esta oferta.

Appartamento davvero carino vicino al centro di Cagliari. Molto comodo avere tantissimi parcheggi sotto casa, che aveva tutto quel che si potesse chiedere. Come plus, Riccardo, l’host, è stato davvero squisito e ci ha consigliato ottimamente.
Era tutto perfetto, consigliata una piccola revisione ad alcuni oggetti.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, with everything you might need within easy reach and the city centre just a short walk away. There are also several bus stops nearby, making it easy to get wherever you need to go. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very well-equipped, so we didn't miss a thing during our stay. Despite being close to the centre, it is surprisingly quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or recommendations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
The only small downside was that there is no Wi-Fi, but this is clearly mentioned in the listing, so you know what to expect before booking.
