Perfect location maybe 5 min from the city center. About 25 min from the port by foot. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops on the streets nearby. Free parking is more difficult to find, but can find payed parking zones nearby (0,50-1 euro/hour, sunday free). The apartment was nice and renovated. The bathroom had toothbrushes, shower gel, etc. Dish soap and other stuff were available in the kitchen. Loved the self pick-up of the keys.
It's a bit loud on the weekends and morning since the apartment is situated on the ground floor by the street. Watchout for cockroaches (it's a normal thing in Sardegna unfortunately) but it's not very pleasant to find them in the kitchen so keep the area clean and buy a bug spray. Would need a more detailed cleaning though, especially of the shower and kitchen wall next to the stove.
