Didnt meet the host in person, but he was extremely responsive and helpful on line. View was absolutely spectacular - exceeded our expectations. The proximity to the main station on foot was good
The surrounding streets are not so great - seemed quite seedy. Did not feel safe for a single person to walk about at night time.

The view was amazing, the bed was very comfortable, and the host’s communication was excellent. He was very friendly, funny, and easy to talk to. I also appreciated his patience — he didn’t get annoyed even though I asked some questions multiple times that he had already answered before 😄😂 Although the neighborhood is not the coziest, it has very convenient access to metro and bus stations, which are only about a 10-minute walk away.
The only downside was the neighborhood, which felt a bit uncomfortable at times. For girls traveling alone, coming back late at night might not feel very safe or cozy.

Good location. Near the railway station and a variety of restaurants. The balcony was a lovely place to relax and look out over the city towards the sea.
The entrance to the building and outside the room could be a bit confronting for some people. Still felt safe though. Perhaps have China mugs and glasses instead of small paper cups for tea or coffee.
