I liked the fact that if you were wanting to be in the old City , the location was perfect. The vibe the location the people were great. The experience of being so close to the restaurants , bars and shops was incredible.
The buildings looked old , but that gave character. So it was more of dislike and like. Didn't like that you had to go out of the room to make coffee. I didnt like the small fridge. Would have preferred a bigger fridge and smaller TV. It can get noisy.

The room in itself was clean, comfortable and great.
Lorenzo was great and very helpful withe luggage and great communication
The location of the property and the area near the entrance, not very appealing or pleasant,, though all properties in naples centre may be similar.
We had a bunch of 5 keys for accessing the property. A digital card would be better. Early morning you can hear the noise of the flights as they fly through but again that is probably the case with all properties in naples Central area. The property and staff on its own was great, however the location not so much
