Unico neo: la mancanza del bidet.

The owner is friendly , helpful and accommodating. The location is super . ( lots of restaurants and supermarket around )The room is clean and spacious.

Very busy street . A lot of motorcycle rushing around .

I really enjoyed the location. The room was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. I appreciated that they provided three types of towels for each guest. The overall atmosphere was very quiet and spotless. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind they even let us check in early at 11:00 AM, explained everything we needed to know, and made us feel right at home. Plus, the location is right in the heart of the historic center, making it super easy to walk to many of the main attractions

The room in itself was clean, comfortable and great. Lorenzo was great and very helpful withe luggage and great communication

The location of the property and the area near the entrance, not very appealing or pleasant,, though all properties in naples centre may be similar. We had a bunch of 5 keys for accessing the property. A digital card would be better. Early morning you can hear the noise of the flights as they fly through but again that is probably the case with all properties in naples Central area. The property and staff on its own was great, however the location not so much
