    Our favourite part of the trip was Kyoto and I think it had a lot to do with where we were staying. It was super neat and the location was perfect.

    The place is situated in prime location with access to bus stops, metro stations nearby. One disappointing thing was we were not given early check-in even half an hour before (not sure if this is there in whole of Japan) - there were lines for buffet as the restaurant is small.

    1. Breakfast choice is limited & daily menu same. 2. Hotel Location-Good 3. Room cleanliness need improvement & attention to detail in cleaning. 4. Some HK staff meet on floor no greeting especially lady staff, i believe the staff is not Japanese. 5. Check out at 11am too early, v only managed to check in at 3pm. 6. FO staff very courteous & helpful. 7. Room pillow is small, maybe cater for Japanese guest standards. 8. Onsen facility was good and can relax after a long day of walking. 9. Room without safe box facility needs consideration.
