    I’d highly recommend Garner Hotel Kyoto Shijo Karasuma by IHG for all visitors to Kyoto. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Gojo, making public transport extremely convenient for getting around all the major attractions in the city. A special thank you goes to the Taiwanese staff member at the front desk. He was unbelievably patient during check-in, thoroughly explaining all the hotel policies and wonderful perks such as the complimentary tea and snack hours. The whole property is impeccably clean. The self-service laundry is also a big convenience for travelers on longer trips. If you’re planning a trip to Kyoto, this hotel is absolutely worth booking — convenient location, spotless facilities and warm, attentive service!

    일단 신축이어서 호텔이 너무 깔끔하고 방도 넓었습니다. 보통 일본 비즈니스 호텔이면 캐리어 펼치는 순간 복도가 꽉 차는데 28인치 캐리어 펼쳐도 공간이 남더라구요. 방 안에 화장대, 냉장고, 드라이어기, 주전자, 탈취제 등등...있을 거 다 있고 화장실도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 친절하세요. 한국인 리뷰가 별로 없어서 걱정했는데 한국인 직원분이 계셔서 소통에도 문제 없고, 다른 직원분들도 모두 친절하게 대해주셨습니다. 그리고 호텔 멤버쉽 가입 (그냥 메일 주소로만 간단하게 가입 가능) 하면 체크아웃 시간 오후 1시로 늘려주십니다. 개꿀이에요. 고조역 근처에 있는데 고조역은 관광권 근처가 아니어서 볼 만한게 없지만 조용하고 괜찮습니다. 어차피 지하철로 다 이동가능해요.

    初めて利用させてもらいました。清潔感も立地も素敵ですが、朝食が隣のコメダ珈琲でした。美味しくいただきましたが、ホテル利用客の優先等はなく普通の利用客がいると結構待たされるのが残念でした。 朝は急いでいることもあるので、ホテル客を優先案内等してもらえると助かります。 海外のスタッフさんも多く、食券の私忘れたや、意思疎通が難しい時も多く少し不便でした。
