The room is nice, Bed is comfy, Bathroom is clean and has a bidet(!)
Gianluca is a good host ( he sent right away useful tips what to do in Olbia)
The little backyard with the lemon tree in the middle is comforting.
The room is quite dark.But hey good for sleeping!
Breakfast., which you have to prepare yourself. Side note: that is personally ( I just can’t stand sweet things in the morning)

very friendly host, free water and breakfast was arranged in the pub close to the object
was clean but not good maintained. on walls was mold en window was going out on the street ,next to the window was trash beans and it was really loud in the early morning
