Deeply dissapointing and not worth the money expected for this run down poorly maintained apartment.,

The size of the apartment and proximity to the Gdansk Old Town

The apartment was filthy and needs major work including painting, new mattress on the bed, new couch in the living room, the couch top was split and the side arm was broken. The mattress was stained, the protector was torn, too small for the mattress and was filthy with other guests hair. I needed to wash it. Down sheets were stained. The floors were filthy, our feet and socks were dirty within 5 minutes. The blinds are a joke, barely cover the windows, do not block out any light, IKEA cheap product. The couch frame was broken. No coffee machine. Balcony and furniture never cleaned, filthy dirty, do not hang any washed clothes on the furniture. We had issue with shower not draining, fortunately this was fixed during our 11 day stay. The apartment should never be offered in the state given we paid good money for 11 day stay.

Do not use this company, very unprofessional in every way!

Everything was there to make us feel at home, handy to the town. Clean and comfortable.

We were messed about from the very start. Arrived on our first night without a code to get in so paid for a hotel! even though we phoned them - no one answered to help! One night we returned and were blocked from entering the apartment, again phoned, eventually given a new code! Asked at office about our last day. We were told to stay on until we got picked up by our taxi @ 5:00 pm, as no one was booked after us! Received a call @ 11:39 am of our last day to tell us that we were meant to be left and that we had 20 minutes to do so! We weren’t even packed as had decided to go for a walk, again nobody had anything to say at the office! Diabolical and unprofessional behaviour, can’t even get a refund for our night in a hotel! Then had a cheek to charge us £60 as we supposedly broke a stool on the balcony that was broken when we arrived. Have sent messages that they do not answer.

OK apartment near city center.

New apartment

No Air conditioner. Very uncomfortable during summer. They wrote me with the wrong key box and code. I had to call after hours emergency numbers. They charged me for parking which I didn't have a car. Weird management.

Great clean apartment with all amenities. Assisted with sorting out keys for a late arrival

Property was great - but could provide a dish towel, some more dishwashing pods and maybe some washing machine pods. Perhaps salt, pepper, coffee/tea for arrival. I realise it is self catering but just adding these would be a nice touch

Beutiful apartment near to center of the city with good parking place

Beautiful apartment near to centre of the city. We really liked check-in (because of our late come in). We appreciated a silence in the apartment. Parking place for our car was brilliant - even for not so experience drivers.

There could be more rolls of toilet paper.

Very good

Apartment felt like home! It was much better choice for us than normal hotel room. Within 2min walking distance we found few grocerystores, restaurants and public transport.

Bed. It was uncomfortable and way too hard! Also we woke up middle of the night in the middle of sweat pond due to plastic sheet under the normal sheet. Positive thing was pillow and blanket were good. Also bathroom had a mold-like smell.

Alles (fast) top

Perfekte Lage, ruhig trotz Baustellen drum herum, Ausstattung: Elektrogeräte alles was man braucht. Es fällt an Geschirrtücher und Reinigungsmittel. Eine Küchenrolle für 6 Tage fanden wir bisschen zu wenig,da wir das vorhandene Geschirr/Besteck per Hand gespült haben. Anzahl von Teller, Becher, Besteck abgezählt für 4 Personen für 1x nutzen bzw. 2 Personen 2x nutzen. Also wir machen für 4 Teller keine Spülmaschine an, umso mehr, dass nur 2 Tabs zur Verfügung waren. Deshalb Punkte Abzug. Hier würden sich echt Geschirrtücher anbieten. Leider haben wir sehr viele lange blonde Haare auf der Couch vorgefunden. Alles andere top!!! Perfekte Kommunikation mit dem Büro, kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe. Alles super geklappt.

Fehlende Geschirrtücher,die Couch war nicht abgesaugt.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i wyposażenie apartamentu. Czysto i schludnie.

Jedynym mankamentem był problem z wyregulowaniem temperatury pod prysznicem co było dość uciążliwe i frustrujące.

Pobyt blisko centrum miasta z widokiem na rzekę Motławę.

Automatyczny check-in, położenie obiektu, widok z okna i przestronne pomieszczenia.

Jakość sprzątania - widać, że mieszkanie jest rzadko wynajmowane i dużo zakamarków jest nieposprzątanych, sprzątane są te miejsca, które na wejście gości powinny być widoczne. Mało naczyń - szczególnie szklanek, jeden ostry nóż, brak dodatkowego kubła na śmieci, koszyka na kosmetyki pod prysznicem czy uchwytu na papier toaletowy. Popsute rolety w oknach i uszkodzenia podłogi. Brakuje takiej troski o gościa w szczegółach, ale zapewne jest to sposób najmu w typowo turystycznym mieście na wyjazd typu city-break.

апартаменты расположены в Старом городе, но не в его центре. До центра Старого года пешком минут 7 вдоль реки. Местоположение очень удобное. Рядом небольшой продуктовый магазин, для тех, кому надо, есть несколько ресторанчиков. Новое здание. Квартира очень чистая, вся необходимая техника имеется. Очень большой телевизор в гостиной и хороший ТВ в спальне. Удобная кровать и хорошие подушки. Вид из окна на реку боковой. В реальности квартира уютнее, чем на фото.

Нет ложечки для обуви :)) Код от двери сообщили только перед самым заездом и до этого на сайте стояла информация, что нет оплаты за апартаменты.

Rewelacyjny apartament w sam raz dla trzech osób.

Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko do Długiego Targu i najciekawszych zabytków oraz atrakcji jakie Gdańsk oferuje w centrum. Mieszkanie bardzo ładne, jasne. Kompletnie umeblowane i wyposażone tak że można spokojnie kilka dni całą rodziną spędzić bez obaw że czegoś zabraknie. Jest pralka. Są dwa telewizory. Super balkon z widokiem na Nową Motławę. Przy okazji mimo lokalizacji w samym centrum jest cicho i spokojnie.

Wszystko było na pięć z plusem więc nie da rady cokolwiek wymienić negatywnego.

Przyjemnie spędzony czas :)

Ładne mieszkanko, wygodne do spania dla rodziny 2+2, odpowiednio wyposażone, w kuchni też wszystko co niezbędne . Kontakt z biurem też ok. Można zostawić bagaż po wykwaterowaniu.

Nie mam się do czego przyczepić :) trochę niesie się hałas i w wyższym sezonie pewnie słychać imprezy bo większość budynku to mieszkania pod wynajem - ale w tak bliskiej lokalizacji od centrum trzeba się z tym liczyć
