Disappointing

The location was good

The apartment wasn't the cleanest. The pillows and bed were not very comfortable, and there were no other pillows available. There were no streaming services, and unfortunately, for us, everything on the tv was polish. Overall, the apartment didn't feel welcoming.

I like the location and security to get in the building

We had several troubles with the apartment from the beginning. Somehow it showed I had booked two apartments when I only needed one. I tried to canceling one, but the answer was no. I ended up telling my daughter who lives there to use the extra apartment, so the money wouldn’t be wasted. The apartment she was had a broken mirror. The apartment we had the shower drain was clogged and the stove was locked. The toilet seat was very loose. I contacted the manager and she came the next day and fixed the drain and the stove. There isn’t air conditioning so we had to open the windows but it got too noisy.

Very good apartment, but disappointed with the water leaking problem

Very new apartment, good and modern furniture.

The shower had no shower bracket, and the shower tray was leaking water from the first day. We informed the Apartinfo office about from the beginning, but they just offered some new towels on the third day. A bit disappointed about the amswe we received. All in all, it was unacceptable to provide any solution to the problem

Wasn’t the best stay, but the location and views were nice.

The distance from the apartment to the old town. The walks were nice. The view was also very pleasant.

Once I entered the apartment I could see that the material used for the apartment were very cheap. The toilet did not even flush regular toilet paper that I bought from the market. I stayed there for 4 days and they only gave us supplies to last me 2 days at the most. They also forgot to give me all of the necessary things needed for our stay as well. They forgot to give I the keys to the trash can and the keys/code to enter the building through the front entrance. They gave us only the garage key and the scanner to get it through the garage, so I only had one entrance way and had to keep my trash inside our apartment until it was time to leave.

Nice stay , great location and neighborhood but wouldn’t choose this apartment again.

Great location, nice modern neighborhood

The apartment looks damaged, walls and cupboards are scratched, looks like people were having lots of parties there. The sink was blocked, poor ventilation in the bathroom that was giving a smell of a damp, also some damages in the bathroom ( door frame, drain cap in the shower base is loose ) just little details like that gives you a feeling that the place is not looked after.

I stayed here in August 2024 and honestly couldn’t fault it , this time however it was different.

Location

Shower head broken, hanging off the wall. Shower drain blocked so bathroom flooded had to use the towels to soak it up Kitchen lights not working Coffee table had a big dent in it in the middle.

Location, underground parking, modern building

Furniture is in badly used condition, dirty shower, bad pillows and mattress, no shower gel and soap. Overall everything feels sticky. P.S.: I must admit, I've always wanted to have a "roommate" with eight legs and a penchant for rappelling from the ceiling. Your establishment granted that wish in abundance. The spider population in my room seemed to have an active social life, conducting nightly soirees on the curtains and drapes. It was like a miniature Cirque du Soleil, but with more legs and less grace.

Great location! just 10 minutes walking distance to all major attractions in old city.

Apartment is relatively new but some of the futures are dated and need improvement such as drain in the shower is clogged, bathroom entry door had a hole, cleaning supply and equipment were stored in one of the closets. Cleanness is average.

OK, but not worth the price

Normal apartments for a few days' stay. I can praise the location of the apartments, a 10-minute walk to the city's center.

In general, everything was good, but the price was doubled due to the music festival that took place during our stay. For such a high price, a banal set of shampoo and shower gel was expected, which, unfortunately, was not found in the apartments, as well as disposable slippers. It seemed clean, but the shower floor looked dirty, maybe because it was old and worn. There were greasy marks from someone's fingers on the cabinet, it could have been wiped off.

Bed and mattress was superb and amount of space in apartment was very good, large nice shower. Very good equipped everything that we needed for stay

All duvet were singles not a big deal but would be nice to have a double duvet in a big bed and also we had an radiator leak just when we came not massive but there was quite big puddle on floor I have made an phone call to owners and i was told that they will arrange someone to come on the same day noone came but they have repaired it next day not a big deal but I did not wanted to be responsible if something's bigger happend

New and fresh apartment

It was a spacious apartment in a good location. New and fresh. Close to the old town center, the Forum mall and of course to the tram. Easy to pick up keys, but instructions could have been even clearer. Comfortable sofa bed.

None of the doors in the apartment closed properly. Bathroom doors had locks, but they did not work. Beds were good but the mattresses a bit thin, making them a little bit stiffer than we would have preferred.

comfortable, good location, probably a bit on the expensive side but it is and expensive city, minimal complaints.

good interior, relatively clean, organised and thought put into it when you arrive, shower has plenty of space and is warm, owners are warm and caring even though I have had a dispute (due to my own fault) and put plenty of thought into their guests.

dispute with owners (due to my own fault), bad directions on booking and locals seem to give 3 different directions each time I asked one, insects running around (I couldn’t tell you what insect or how it even got in, could be due to polish climate, could be due to infestation) and only thing I could comment on regarding the property is likely the elevator being scary😂BUT THAT IS NIT PICKING! overall good property with very minimal faults!
