Great stay in Gdansk next to the center

The location is superb, within walking distance to the center. The apartments are clean and well equipped. The instructions how to get to the apartments and parking were extremely detailed and easy to navigate.

The entrance to the garage parking space ir quite steep. So if you have a low automobile (for instance BMW without any modifications) you can bump the bottom of the car.

Everything was perfect

Perfect location,very close to the old town. The apartment has everything you need, it’s clean and spacious. Free underground parking. Very clear information about check in & check out. Definitely recommended:)

Customer service a joke

Apartment was comfortable and clean

1 - Check- in was horrendous, we couldn't find apartment, so we phoned number provided, they tried to explain where it was, said they would send a pin to help. They never did, took us an hour to find the building, we were told what floor apartment was on, but did not tell us the number of apartment. We rang the number again, about 10 times, NO REPLY!! In the meantime, we both needed to go yo the toilet, absolutely bursting, so I had to go outside!!!!! We found a cleaner, who managed to get through to the owners, who then provided the apartment number. Tried yo ring the number when we got in the apartment, again no answer!! Absolute disgraceful customer service!!

Great value, highly recomended

Highly recomended apartment to stay visiting Gdansk. Close to downtown (~10 min walk), clean, quiet and comfortable place. Easy to reach and with underground parking spot. We needed assistance so staff was very helpfull.

If you are coming to Gdansk this should be your only option as accomodation . Check in was seamless and Jakub was excel

The property is spacious , cosey , spotless and had everything you would need , we only stayed 3 days but apartment was suitable for longer stays . Location is ideal , has great amenities around it and was very close to Gdansk centre . If you have a Netflix or Amazon account you are able to use this in Gdańsk.

Nothing not to like but couple of recommendations . A phone charging point in bedroom would be useful , also if you are not a Polish speaker just need to be aware of lack of English languages on TV . Did work out how to turn off Polish dubbing on one channel so instructions on how to do this may help others. Internet did not pick up on Amazon in bedroom so unable to use. Although internet password is on the rear of the door may be worth adding to the already excellent check instructions .

The property is really closed to the centre and easy access to grocery stores. The place is also really clean and have all the necessary utilities you need. Jakub is also really helpful in my questions before and during my stay. Highly recommended.

Perfect location for when visiting Gdansk

The apartment is less than 10min on foot away from the city centre. It offers a parking garrage in the apartment complex, which is very convenient. The area is lively, has some bars, restaurants and shops. The check-in/check-out was very efficient. I do recomend nevertheless before arriving at the property to call them so they can be ready to great you once you arrive.

As we stayed over the weekend some of the neighbours were a bit loud, but it did not bother us much.

Our stay was really great from the very beginning till the end. A very nice guy with perfect English met us on arrival and show us the apartment/facilities and parking place it was very helpful. Highly recommended!

Staff is very usefull. it is underground garage easy accessibly by lift. Close to centre

Bright modern apartment. In a nice apartment building. Location is great! Short walk away from the main attractions. Huge plus for drivers - free underground parking spot included. Extremely convenient.

One of the extra bedsheets was used and not washed. Shower drain was clogged a bit, but property manager reacted swiftly and came to clear the drain himself.
