Spacious apartment with fabulous views

Loved the size of the apartment, really spacious and lovely to be able to look out over the canal from all windows. Short walk into the old town and really handy having Zabka mini market in the same building. Apartment was pretty well equipped and more than enough crockery etc to cook a meal in the apartment.

Minor things. Pillows very small and thin, even for usual European pillows. Would have liked tea towel and hand towel go the kitchen. Also cigarette smoke did sometimes seep into the apartment from other apartments and the communal hallways really smelt of cigarette smoke but this can’t be helped by the rental company as people do live in that block. Having a smart TV would have been a bonus too.

Great location, very spacious. Ideally placed with shops and bars nearby. Bright and airy. Loved the balcony and having two toilets.

A bit tired and worn in places. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and there was a broken dining room chair. But overall great place to stay. Would book it again.

Beautiful apartment, 15 minutes walk to city centre.

The apartment is great. It was very clean. It's modern and stylish. It is very well equipped and only a 15 minute walk to the city centre.

There was a problem with being able to pay the deposit and local tax. Without paying these you cannot check in. The communication in putting this right was very slow and we were actually driving to Gdansk without knowing if we had anywhere to stay.

Pleasant stay but not price worthy

Location was really good and communicable.

Apartment was not very clean and was having visible damages on the walls. There was no fans or air conditioner on the apartment and it's very difficult to stay during summer

Apartment is spacious and clean. Have some nice decorations. 2 bathrooms was very helpful with bigger company. Situated not far from old town.

Hosts are helpful, but they communicated only via Booking chat and in polish. Had some problems with finding exact apartment and trying calling indicated numbers was a dead end, but finally managed. Some furniture are showing wear and tear.

Booking company VRBO was very difficult getting me info. Overhead shower didn’t work. Soap dispenser was broken. Getting the apt main door closed was very loud.

Apartment was amazing no problem with that …it’s getting in touch with someone that’s the problem.

The property itself was stunning large and comfortable. A couple of things there was no dish towel to dry dishes not everyone used the dishwasher.

Entry ..it was very confusing as email says key collection in SOPOT ……should have been clearer. Should have said you need 2 codes to get in apartments. I had emailed Sun and Snow but no reply that’s bad policy. Tried twice. Also charged more than says on “total” price. Again tried to get in touch with company by email ….again no response.

Wonderful time.

The property was well presented, modern and had everything you could possibly need. Really clean and was lovely to come back to after walking all day. Even had tea and coffee samples which was great on arrival. Extremely handy was the convenient shop situated at the side.

The emails which came through didn’t translate with the apartment number clearly, so I had to contact the office however they were super helpful and set me on the right path. Quickly resolved.

It was cozy apartment with a bed and a sofa, big TV, kitchen, shower cabin, table, closet, warm floor in winter, and a lot of mirrors.

Disappointing

The apartment needs cosmetic repairs. The apartments were poorly cleaned, the cup was full of good jam, and there was hair in the bed. There was also no shampoo. I would like to note the need for an early check-out, an additional deposit and payment of tourist tax

Apartment is rather dark, on ground floor facing the other several floor high wing. Party noise at night echoes in the patio. Amenities could be refreshed, carry signs of warn-up... Drive into underground parking for the bravest - so narrow I could barely pass my BMW6 with folded mirrors.

I stayed in apt 19A. Location excellent. I have stayed in other apartments in this building, all very good, but this one was the best! Very well equipped with washing machine, oven, microwave-oven, plenty storage space. Dining table good for meals and games. Great shower! Very nicely furnished and arranged. Functional. Very nice view of the water, with a balcony. Grocery store in the same building. Overall, superb!

A couple minimal improvements, like a shelf to place soap in the shower, could help, but that's about it.

Gdansk is a wondeful city very nice expecially for couples so i had a great time

They charged me 228 eur insted of 189!! When i asked why, after 2 days, they answer me it was an extracharge for the parking spot i didn t ask for... after other 2 days and many messages to sun and snow and to booking costumer care they refunded me, but only partially! and after other 3 days and many messages they finally refunded me totally. Maybe it was a single mistake but i ll suggest you to be careful about it and anyway they were too lazy to answer me they left me with 2 days before free cancellation expires for me it was an unusually frustrating and timespending experience first time it happens with booking.com thank god About the apartment in my case number 212, considering the distance from the city center, the non existing bath/consumable products beside 2 roll of toilet paper and the apartment itself in gdansk during low season, it does not worth almost 50 eur per night i paied for so bad value for money at this price you can find a lot of better solutions.

Good choice

Very nice, spacious and modern flat. Great location and very fast internet. Quite good for work travel, couples or even small groups.

There was no shampoo or any kind of shower kit. It's not necessarily bad, but it could be a plus if I shouldn't need to take care of it upon arrival. Also the deposit at the arrival was quite expensive, 300pln, which could be solved just having someone to make the check-out in person. The instructions to find the apartment i side the building and the communication with he staff could be better. Also the check-out at 11am without possibility to make it later It's very bad for a flat of this level. Also not so many outlets in the living room which make it a bit difficult to work.

Totally recommend. Great location, nice apartment.

Great location. Close enough to the city center to walk to but far enough to have no problem with parking (even though it's a busy apartment complex). Besides, the apartment offers underground parking which is great (so, not good if you have a box on your car). The apartment was great, clean, spacious, with a terrace with a view to the river (not nice buildings though but I'm not complaining). Comfy beds, chairs and sofas and a good TV. Everything looked quite new.

A couple of dents on a couple of walls, but nothing big and that should be easily fixed by putting door stoppers.

Great apartments with a river view, very good facilities and nice bath with massage settings! Nice modern decor and a good size balcony. Plenty of space -good storage. Kitchen cleaning facilities provided which was helpful. Less than 10 min walk to the main town, lots of nice bars and restaurants around. Small supermarket on site which is handy. Staff at Reception were lovely at check in. Thank you
