The apartment opens onto a furnished balcony equipped with a table and two chairs. It overlooks the internal courtyard and the surrounding development, creating a pleasant place for morning coffee or relaxing outdoors.



The functional kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and electric kettle. Guests also have access to crockery, cutlery, pots, a frying pan and essential utensils for preparing their own meals.
