About this house rental
A welcoming villa intended primarily for families:
- We do not accommodate groups of friends organizing parties or celebrations.
- Strictly limited to a maximum of 10 people.
- A security deposit of 1,500 euros will be required upon arrival in exchange for the keys.

High-end amenities: indoor pool heated to 29° with large windows opening onto the garden, linens provided, welcome amenities available. Two master suites with south-facing terraces offering a magnificent and relaxing view. Plus two additional bedrooms, one of which serves as a dormitory where four children can sleep: bunk beds (Gautier furniture) with a shared bathroom. All bathrooms feature an XXL walk-in shower and a double sink. Spacious living area opening onto two terraces, one of which is a 50m² covered terrace.
Close to numerous long-distance hiking trails and historic sites such as St. Guilhem-le-Désert (a medieval village on the Way of St. James), the Cirque de Navacelles, Pic St. Loup, and its vineyards. .........etc......... The nearby Hérault River is perfect for canoeing, kayaking, or simply taking a refreshing dip! Not to mention the remarkable Clamousse and Demoiselles caves. Montpellier is 50 km away, and the nearest beach and its lagoons are located in Palavas-les-Flots, 60 km away.
For 2 or 3 families with 4 children (sleeps 10).

The house is located above the village and faces due south.
Large living room (55 m²) with a pool table. Covered terrace (60 m²) with a plancha grill, table, and sofa.
Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. A laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Upstairs, there are 2 master suites, each with its own bathroom (walk-in shower, double sink, toilet) and terrace (50 m²) with a 2-person lounge chair. South-facing.
180 cm beds.
Third bedroom: 180 cm bed.
Fourth bedroom for children: 4 bunk beds (90 cm x 200 cm).
Shared bathroom for these two bedrooms with a walk-in shower and double sinks. Toilet.
Two rental units on the property, each with its own private pool.
Parties are not permitted.

Excellent house with stunning views with everything one could possibly need for a great stay. Only concern was a lack of a bannister on the stairs.Hosts very attentive and friendly and always and easily contactable. Pool excellent although access may be difficult for some people but certainly did not detract from our enjoyment. Beds extremely comfortable and air conditioning excellent even during the heatwave we experienced whilst there.Would definitely stay again.

Une maison conforme à la description, moderne et bien équipée. Piscine propre et chauffée. Vue magnifique des terrasses.
Propriétaires accueillants très sympathiques. Nous avons profité de la région dans de très bonnes conditions ! A recommander.

Sehr geehrte Gastgeber, nun haben wir drei Wochen unseres Urlaubes in ihrem wunderschönen Haus mit einer tollen Aussicht in einer schönen Landschaft verbracht. Sie haben uns ein Haus mit toller Ausstattung welche keine Wünsche offen lässt hinterlassen, so dass wir unseren Urlaub mit unseren vier Kindern hier genießen konnten. Es ist ein Ort der Entspannung und Erholung bietet, wo aufgrund der Familienfreundlichkeit und ihrer Fürsorge uns möglich war Kraft für das ganze Jahr zu sammeln.
