The property consists of 2 Mas of 155 m2, meeting around a beautiful courtyard.
The large House of 100 m2 has a lounge with TV and Wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 beautiful bedrooms, one with a separate entrance and a bathroom with toilet and shower.
In the small farmhouse you will find 2 bedrooms each with their own entrance upstairs a large bedroom and bathroom.
On the ground floor another smaller room with its bathroom.
The house is well exposed, it remains very cool even during the heat.
There is for everyone a big swimming pool of 14m x 6m with safety shutter, you will appreciate its large beach equipped with comfortable deckchair for a tan and an optimal nap.
The house is ideally located, 1 km from the village of Anduze on the heights, on the road to St Jean du Gard.
Supermarkets are nearby, you can also easily get to the village on foot or by bike to find all the friendly traders in the area.
The Anduze market is held every Thursday morning as well as the flea market to find wonders every Sunday morning.
You can discover the Bambouseraie, St Jean du Gard with the museum of the Red House, the desert museum, Trabuc caves etc ...

Vanessa or I will greet you on your arrival, I will not be present during your stay but the main instructions will be explained to you so that everything goes well for you. We will also have the opportunity to talk on the phone to get to know you before your arrival. Do not worry, there is a person who will spend one week in the pool. Anyway, you will be able to reach us on the phone in case of any problem at any time if you have any questions. To enable you to fully enjoy your stay, books, leaflets and flyers about the region are at your disposal (not to leave the house). 2 bicycles that are at your disposal to enjoy the beautiful walks of the region or for a getaway to the village.
