A fully renovated 75 m² apartment with a separate entrance inside a house overlooking the Gardon River, featuring:

1 laundry room (washer and dryer, ironing board and iron…)

1 living room/dining area with balcony
1 bedroom with a 140-bed + walk-in closet (sheets included)
