About this house rental
The house is built on a mountainside, surrounded by oaks and white oaks. The entrance leads on the one hand the old hermitage, on the other hand the new part. In the new extension (level 'high', that of the entrance), 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. In the old house, on the same level, a large all white and vaulted kitchen and a living room. At the bottom level of the house, a dormitory for children (also vaulted), bathroom, separate toilet and a small extension connected to the house, a room. Everything is laid out with care and simplicity. Old dark wood furniture, and other more contemporary. New bedding. Many white touches of color.
The house is surrounded by terraces (bancels Cevennes). Above the extension is located the pool, extended by a large exotic wood deck. The view is magnificent.
The property totals 20 hectares, with a river, a small meadow, oaks, flowers of all kinds, and a 10-minute walk on the plateau of the mountain, a chestnut. Many walks to do, without taking the car.
Decompression warranty, a 5-minute drive from the village (shops, markets, restaurants ...).

Beautifully presented villa in the South of France. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend. Clara is just wonderful - her communication prior to our arrival was so informative, which made our check-in process so smooth. She really cares and wants guests to fully enjoy their stay. Luc is also amazing. He met us at the local supermarket and directed us to the villa, which is hidden away on the side of a mountain! Luc spoke brilliant English and was able to provide us with lots of useful information, sharing his local knowledge with us and giving us tips on where to go and what to do during our stay. The villa itself was immaculate and just perfect for relaxing and switching off from it all. We had our two retriever dogs with us and both Clara & Luc were so accommodating of them. Our dogs had such a wonderful time, exploring the villa's grounds and spending lazy afternoons snoozing in the shade. The villa is only a short car journey from the local village. You probably could walk, but because we had our car with us, we drove instead. The villa has everything you'll need during your stay - a supermarket, bakery and a handful of restaurants. We also drove from the villa to the coast one day, which took us approximately 1 hour, and we had such a lovely morning at the beach. Overall, we had the most memorable stay and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa to others! Thank you Clara & Luc for a wonderful full experience. We hope to see you again in future!

Dépaysement total, cette maison est magnifique et trees bien equipee. On s’y sentait bien dès qu’on y rentre.
Les Cévennes sont magnifiques. Tellement authentiques.

Seuls au milieu des cévènes pour un week-end entre amis réussi ! Piscine, barbecue, terrain de pétanque, randonnées aux alentours, village et supermarché à une poignée de kilomètres : notre séjour à La Clède fut un superbe moment et tout a été facile. Un grand merci à Luc pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme.
A recommander les yeux fermés !

Un grand Merci à Clara, nous avons passé un superbe week end .
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Luc et Nadia , ils sont de très bon conseils pour les bons plans de la région .
La villa est magnifique, on déconnecte complètement du quotidien et ça fait un bien fou. Il y a tout pour passer de superbes moments entre Amis ou en famille: la piscine, le barbuc, le terrain de pétanques , les jeux de sociétés... Mais aussi les balades possibles autour du domaine et la rivière avec les stands de canoë à proximité ...
La maison est spacieuse et lumineuse , super bien équipée , et nous étions tous d'accord : la literie est de très grande qualitée.
Si je dois faire découvrir la région à d'autres personnes je choisirais à nouveau votre villa sans hésiter .
