Treat yourself to a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in Villa "L'Enclos", a vast family home of 400 m² completely renovated, designed for rest, comfort and moments of sharing.


MY ACCOMMODATION

A place dedicated to relaxation.


In order to preserve the serenity of the place and the comfort of everyone, the house is exclusively intended for calm and relaxation. Parties and loud music are not allowed.


A pet is accepted under certain conditions:

• Do not let him climb on beds and sofas;

• do not leave him alone in the house;

• systematically pick up droppings in the garden.

A cleaning supplement of €30 will be requested for the presence of an animal.



The exteriors

The Mas has:

• a large free parking lot;

• a locked shed for motorcycles and bicycles;

• a canopy housing a dartboard;

• a courtyard that can be used as a bowling green;

• a badminton area;

• a ping-pong table;

• two large complementary terraces to take full advantage of the sunny days.

The first terrace is dedicated to outdoor dining with a large convivial table and a plancha, ideal for sharing good times around barbecues and summer meals.

The second terrace invites you to relax, with its comfortable armchairs for reading, resting or simply enjoying the calm and outdoor setting.


Swimming pool

In the heart of the pine forest, a magnificent 14 x 6 m swimming pool awaits you near the playground.

Depending on the weather conditions, it is accessible from the beginning of May to the end of September.

The pool is equipped with two compliant safety alarms, designed to prevent any risk of falling or submerging. To ensure their effectiveness, they must be rearmed after each swim. This reactivation is the responsibility of the tenants for the duration of the stay. Thank you for ensuring that they are used properly for the safety of all, especially children.

First floor

You will find:

• A living room with armchairs, two sofas including a 2-seater sofa bed and a television;

• A reception hall with storage space;

• A large office/library;

• A double bedroom (160 x 200) with private bathroom;

• Two toilets;



First floor

You will have:

• A games room;

• A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed;

• Two bedrooms each with 2 bunk beds (90 x 200);

• Two bathrooms;

• A toilet.



Second floor

The top floor comprises:

• A double bedroom (160 x 200) with en-suite bathroom

• A bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed and its toilet;

• A toilet.

A smoke detector is available on each floor.

All rooms are air-conditioned to ensure optimal comfort during the summer period.



Hotel-quality bedding, comfortable mattresses, cozy pillows and duvets ensure restful and enjoyable nights.
