Amazing staff especially MR VASILI. We experienced some inconveniences during the trip with our car and he was able to solve and watch out for us patiently. We also forgot our wallet at the room and he was able to return it with no loss. All the other staffs are also amazing!

Absolutely great hotel. The staff here are super friendly and really helpful. We enjoy a great chill vacation here. Highly recommend!

The private pool in the room was extremely cold to the point of being completely unusable. The Wi-Fi was very slow, the air conditioning didn’t work for two full days, and the shower water was barely lukewarm for two days straight. When we told the reception staff, their response was, “In my opinion, the water is fine.” Not only was that a rude answer, but after that - and even after we complained about the air conditioning - they didn’t offer any form of compensation or even an attempt to make things right. They were more focused on defending themselves than on improving our experience. Breakfast was not tasty at all and offered almost no variety. The room cleanliness was far below standard. Only after we pointed it out did the housekeeper replace the sheets. Other than that, she just passed a wet mop and left - she didn’t even replace the towels. The rooms are made of drywall, so you hear everything - especially from the room above you. There is absolutely no privacy. To make things worse, the location is very isolated. There’s only one small supermarket nearby and nothing else within a reasonable walking distance. In short: this hotel charges like a luxury resort but delivers a subpar experience on every level. I strongly do not recommend staying here.
