That water at meals was charged given that we could not drink the tap water

The hotel is very good, the staff are wonderful. The food is very good, typical Greek food. I have visited several Greek islands, and the cuisine in Zante was the best. The hotel had great finishing touches great interior design

The property was amazing! We loved our stay, the staff was helpful, accommodating and very professional. The hotel grounds, pool and beach were beautiful! 5 star all the way around! Highly recommend the hotel for a relaxing beach vacation!

My only comment (which isn't a negative against booking a stay here) is the rooms with a private pool. We booked one but the sun was never on the deck/pool area so we wished we would have skipped spending the money on having the private pool. The main pool and beach are beautiful and would just go that route.

Belinda Carlisle once sang that heaven is a place on earth. I believe we found that very place on Zakynthos, at Lesante Blu. Lesante Blu truly feels more like paradise than a hotel. Stunning views, elegant interiors, delicious cuisine at the restaurants, smiling guests (which comes as no surprise), and above all – the outstanding service. Nowhere else in the world have we been treated so exceptionally well. The staff, both at the hotel and especially in the restaurants, were unfailingly patient, highly professional, and incredibly attentive. Our room, complete with a private pool and breathtaking sea view, was perfectly equipped and cleaned twice a day by the kindest housekeepers, who always made sure we never lacked a thing. I would like to thank the entire Lesante Blu team for the best holiday of our lives. My dream, my goal, and my plan is to return – and I have never meant those words more sincerely. If you are looking for a place that combines luxury, beauty and true hospitality – Lesante Blu is it. P.S. – Before choosing this hotel, we read many reviews, and in quite a few of them one particular name appeared: Peggy, with guests sending her special greetings. At the time I wondered what it was all about – now I know. Peggy is the soul of this hotel and the embodiment of the quality, warmth, and professionalism that such a place should aspire to. Peggy – thank you for those 10 wonderful days. Lesante Collection should be proud to have someone like you on their team.

Some might say that €8 for a bottle of water at dinner (which itself is included in the half-board package) is too much. One could also argue that both the hotel rates and the extra charges are on the higher side. Nevertheless, the value for money far exceeds expectations, so in my opinion, complaining about prices feels exaggerated. It could also be said that the Wi-Fi could be more stable. In the rooms, the internet works noticeably slower than by the pool or by the sea. But then again – do you really travel to such a place to spend your time online? I doubt it. Still, it’s an area that could perhaps be improved a little.
