Overall, we had no major issues with the accommodation itself, but the way the jacuzzi issue was handled was disappointing. We arrived on Friday evening and the jacuzzi in our room was not working. We reported it on Saturday through the Booking.com app. Someone came to check it but could not fix it, and we were told that another person would come to repair it. Unfortunately, nobody came. At check-out on Sunday, the receptionist told us that we should have reported the issue directly at reception instead of through Booking.com, even though the hotel had received our message and sent someone to check it. She also insisted that the jacuzzi had been working on Friday, although we arrived after 8 p.m. and it was already not working when we tried to use it. The jacuzzi not being fixed was disappointing, but the receptionist’s dismissive and argumentative attitude at check-out was what really left us with a negative impression.
