Brigantine Quarters is a quiet family friendly resort in Shipyard Plantation. The resort features 2 pools, tennis courts, a playground, and a gas grill for your enjoyment. Through the owners' gate, it is less than 2 blocks to Forest Beach, a beautiful beach in a residential area. Or if you desire, you may access the beach at nearby Shipyard Beach Club where the amenities include restrooms, showers, and the Sonesta Resort restaurants. The property is professionally managed, so any issues you may have with the unit will be quickly resolved.
This unit is on the first floor, with a covered back deck overlooking a flat backyard and the golf course beyond. The kitchen and bathrooms were upgraded with new tile, countertops and fixtures. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the unit has its own washer and dryer. Linens are provided. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and a TV. There is plenty of closet space to store your luggage so you can make yourself at home!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo in Shipyard Plantation. It was quiet, clean, a close walk (5 min) to the beach, short drive (10 min) to shopping and dining, but far enough off of the main highway that there was no sound of traffic. The view of the golf course and lagoons on the back porch was calming and peaceful. Perfect place for morning tea or coffee and evening wine. Kids had a great time at the pool. Kitchen was well equipped. Washer and dryer was convenient, but kind of loud when running and the dryer took a long time drying the towels and medium size loads. We had to dry less clothes at a time. The dishwasher was also kinda loud when running so I recommend running these when your not trying to sleep. I wouldn’t let that sway you from choosing to stay here. We would definitely stay again. The management team and maintenance team was very attentive and friendly.

Brigantine Quarters is in a great location convenient to North Forest Beach and Coligny Plaza. Condo is still very secluded and in a quiet location. We enjoyed the pool and our daily bike rides. The room was a great size but furniture could use some updating. The room was clean but had a bit of a musky odor. Overall still a great value.
