This unit fit all of our needs regarding location, cleanliness, and amenities. I would 100% recommend this property to my friends and family and will revisit this if I'm in town in the future!

This condo is perfect for a couples trip. My husband and I enjoyed our time here. The location is great, very close to Coligny and 2 blocks to the beach. The condo is very comfortable and looks to have been recently updated. The use of all the beach equipment was very nice. The condo is very clean. The check in and check out instructions are clear and easy to manage. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here. Loved the keyless entry (no need to keep up with a key). We walked to the beach daily. Such a short and enjoyable walk. There is a grocery store across the street along with an entire plaza of stores and restaurants. It really is a great location. There is a pool here that is kept clean, and the water was perfect temp.
The condo as well as the property was clean, quiet, very enjoyable. We were very happy with the condo. If you're thinking of staying here, do it! Great for a family since one room has a bunk bed as well as a single bed. There was plenty of parking (we only had one car with us).
We didn't use the tvs since we spent most of our time at the beach or at the pool. The condo has plenty of utensils, pots, pans, even grilling utensils. Maybe next time we will plan to grill a time or two since we will be more familiar with the condo. Although you can't hang anything from the balcony to dry, they have provided rails and hooks to hang things on the wall to dry.
We had no problems whatsoever during our stay therefore did not need to contact anyone. There is a book highlighting the rules as well as what is available in the area and a couple suggestions for day trips.

The electric in the second bedroom went out periodically. It went out soon after we arrived. We contacted the on-site party. They came by and said the same thing happened the prior week. It didn’t actually trip the breaker which is even scarier. He told us he would contact the owner again and hopefully have an electrician out the following day. No one showed and we reached out again, he explained it would be ok since the power came back on. Power tripped again the day before we left. I think this is a hazardous situation and should be addressed immediately.
