Sea Crest Surf & Racquet Club is conveniently located across the street from Coligny Plaza and 5 minute walk to the beach! This is the perfect location for your family or adult vacation getaway.
The loft + one bedroom condo is located on the 5th floor (2 elevators, one at each end of the building), primary suite has a queen bed and full bath, the loft bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV in each bedroom and one in the living room, living room has a pull out double bed, and a nice size balcony overlooking the pool. There's a powder room in the hall, it's a bonus to have that extra bathroom!
Enjoy the many restaurants, shops and activities in the area. Bike paths are numerous in the area for exploring the island (bike rentals available in the immediate area) or if you like to golf there are many mini golf and golf courses in the area. Play shuffleboard at the resort or the new Pickle Ball courts just a short walk away, if you're not into that, head over to the beach or relax by the heated salt water pool and hot tub. Guests also have access to a beach side pool and deck, with direct access to the beach, a short walk away at the Sea Crest Oceanfront Resort. Hang out at Sea Crest Surf & Racquet Club, relax with a drink by the pool or at the pergola gazebo while cooking dinner on the BBQ, if you're not into cooking, dine in or take out at one of the many restaurants in the area. Close out the day with a relaxing glass of wine on the condo balcony.

Pros: great location, clean property, heated pool
Cons: dated, dark room, rude property manager, kids NOT ALLOWED IN HOTTUB OR ACTIVITY ROOM, hot tub turned off at noon daily— property manager willNOT turn on the hot tub
There’s a sign on the hot tub gate that proclaims a $50 fee will incur if anyone under 12 uses the hot tub. This was NOT included in the posting. Adults also don’t get to use it either, unless they want to sit in cold water— the person at the desk refused to turn it on, middle of the day while my kids were in the pool. It’s only warm first thing in the morning— turned on at 9:30am and then it was cold by noon.
The activity center is kept locked up and when we asked if we could go in, the woman at the desk rudely said “Why do you want to go in there? There’s nothing for kids in there?” On an on. We explained we were just checking the place out— the ad said we had free use of this space, so she reluctantly gave us a key. Turns out, there’s TONS of stuff for kids in there, books, arts and crafts, etc.
The kitchen was terribly appointed— I literally had to go out and buy a knife because the ones supplied were falling apart and dull. No dish soap, no paper towel, no sponge.
Also, there were 6towels for 4people — it costs $10 to get new towels! That’s certainly not what I would describe as a “towels provided” situation— bring your own or take your chances interacting with the jerks at the desk
