The community has lovely walking and biking paths that wind through the various neighborhoods, past a fishing lagoon, on-site restaurants, a shared swimming pool, and tennis courts.
This villa offers easy access to Hilton Head’s sandy shores. Guests can reach the Shipyard Beach Access in about 15-25 minutes on foot (0.4 miles) or enjoy a quick 5-7 minute bike ride along the community’s scenic paths. The boardwalk leads directly to the beach, making it convenient for families and couples alike.
New upgrades for 2022 include new flooring, a freshly painted outdoor patio area for a relaxing evening outside, and new decore and bedding throughout.
