The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful property with beautiful surroundings but condo itself needs some solid upgrades.Has huge potential.
Carpet is really dirty in that condition is not accessible!!!!

Great clean place. Needs paint refreshed. Checkin took almost an hour to find. Was badly misrepresented on GPS, missed by over a quarter mile. Fix it!

Very spacious with plenty of useful amenities. The pictures provided are very accurate. Great washer and tumble dryer. Plenty of bedding and towels. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely large balcony. Great bedrooms and comfortable sofa bed.
My only suggestion for improvement is that it would be helpful if there were a few more instructions available. For example, it took us a while to work out how to get the TV working and to find where to put our rubbish out.
Overall, it was excellent and we will be booking with Vacasa again.
