This 2 room apartment is approx. 52 m² in size and integrated in a large half-timbered house. We have just renovated it with wide wooden floorboards and a modern shower room.
It has a 12 m² wooden terrace in its own small garden that is only available to you.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a stove with ceramic hob.
In the living room you can take a seat on a high-quality Bolia down sofa and stool and watch TV from there via satellite system. A small compact system is also available, and you can also use WiFi free of charge.
The bed is 160 cm wide and has 2 duvets that are 220 x 155 cm in size and a small wardrobe.
You can use the washing machine and dryer in the laundry room for a fee, and an iron and ironing board are also available.
