About this apartment rental
The house is located in a quiet residential area with family houses. Bus and train can be reached within a few minutes on foot.
On approximately 90 m² you have two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The garden has a free-standing area under which you can sit outside even in the late summer. Barbecue and garden furniture are also at your disposal. The master bedroom has a 1.80 wide double bed, fitted wardrobe and a flat screen TV (only for DVD's) from here you can also go directly into the garden. The second room has a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people, a desk is also available there. The living room is equipped with a TV (Amazon Fire TV Stick for Amazon Prime and Netflix) DVD player and music system. The spacious bathroom has a corner bath, which can also be used for showering.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und einladend, unsere Kinder liebten die Eckbadewanne sehr. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war stets unkompliziert und die Vermieterin im Haus ist eine ganz ganz liebe Frau. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen!

Punktabzug in der Bewertung gibt es leider, da der Vermieter über längere Zeit nicht erreichbar war und ich somit erst einen Tag zuvor die genaue Adresse bekam und meine Fragen geklärt werden konnten. Die Kontaktaufnahme kam erst durch Einschalten die Agentur zustande. Sicherlich war dies sonst anders.
Die Wohnung war sauber, lediglich der Grill nicht gereinigt, obwohl wir zuvor die Nutzung angekündigt hatten. Aber dafür war die Wohnung ansonsten sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Empfang bzw Check-in durch die Dame, welche im EG wohnt, war leider nicht wirklich willkommend, aber zumindest zuverlässig und pünktlich wie abgesprochen. Im Gästebuch konnten wir nur positive Einträge lesen, daher waren unsere Erfahrungen sicherlich eine Ausnahme und es wird seine Gründe dafür geben.
