Cooper Hotel Boutique

BREAKFAST - staff is super friendly and accommodating, the variety of food is excellent, lots of fruits, eggs cooked the way i liked it ROOM - We stayed in Cooper for 1 night on Oct 6-7, we got 202. The room was great especially since there is no elevator, so it is just right. I asked if we can get the same room for our booking for Oct 9-12, but the front desk staff said that we can't BUT we will get a room on the same floor. But when we checked in on Oct 9, we were given room 303, and this room is like being in a furnace (horno), it is SUPER hot! And it is also smaller than what we got the 1st night. There is no table to put things on. So I complained, and really will NOT accept to stay in this room especially that we paid in advanced (again the sfaff charged me on Oct 6 for the stay on Oct 9 and she, Karen told me that she has informed me. I was sure that I did not hear her. Then she said we were put in that smaller room because we paid $100/ night compared to $108/night on the first night. An $8 dollar difference BUT i booked exactly the same room. The $8 discount was because I booked more nights compared to Oct 6. So i refused to stay in 303, We were moved to 302, slightly bigger than 302 but not the same as 202, but at least has a table We were told that Cusco is super warm because of El Nino that is why the room is so hot too! I willl book Cooper Boutique again ONLY if I can get a room in 2nd floor LOCATION - 10/10

Excellent location, quiet but central. Hotel was lovely, comfortable beds, good shower, thoughtful touches like fan and extra blankets. Good breakfast. Great place to stay

Very cozy clean and warm hotel close to Cusco center. Breakfast was amazing and also the facilities overall
