Very beautiful hotel, great location, huge rooms, breakfast was good

Nothing really i was happy with everything

Excellent location for walking/exploring. Staff was helpful and friendly. They accommodated us when our flight was cancelled 2 days in a row and we were able to immediately get back into our original room.

Myself and three other friends stayed in Cusco at the Casona Corrales hotel for three days to acclimate prior to a 4-day trek on the Inca Trail. We booked a four bedroom suite that had two floors and plenty space. The check-in process was easy and took less than 5 minutes and there was at least one person working the front desk at all hours. From the street you would not know there is a hotel there. The entrance is a wooden door that leads into the three story reception area. The building seems to be a little old, but was in great shape and had many interesting decorations. There is a free breakfast each morning with fresh fruit and a cook that can make fresh eggs. We had plans to leave the hotel at 4 am two of the days and the hotel made us breakfast to go which was ready on the table by check-in. The location is great and it felt safe. It is about a 5 minute walk to the main square in Cusco and there are many convenient stores all around. We booked an additional night for when we returned from the Inca Trail trek and the hotel held our bags during the four additional days for no additional charge. We picked up our bags when we returned in great shape and had another great stay in the rooms we booked. I recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to Cusco and want a comfortable place to stay in a great location.

The location was perfect and bed was comfy. The breakfast was ok, but the coffee could've been a lot better.

It's a charming old building, but it has very creaky old floors and doors. I could hear every single step from the rooms next door and above us, well into the late night. Also, our room had poor air circulation and it became very stuffy at night. There were no windows or fans in the room, so we didn't get much sleep.
