SFP2 - Sailfish Point 2

This is a Vacation-My-Way home with a 3-night minimum year-round, the only exceptions being the 4th of July and 2nd full-week of August. Sailfish 2 is a canal front, non-smoking and pet-friendly home with 3 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms. The home comes with 25' of Canal Space (Sailfish Canal #4), covered parking for boat/jet-ski trailer or at least one vehicle, ground-level entry, access to the community amenities (pool, fitness center, tennis courts, outdoor pavilion, etc.), and is within walking distance of the marina, restaurant and ship's store. The main floor is spacious and bright, holding an open-concept living/dining area with full kitchen and counter-seating. Also on the main-level is the laundry room, tastefully furnished deck overlooking the canal and Primary Suite with Queen bed, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The Top-Floor is where you will find the final two bedrooms, the first holding a Queen bed, while the other has a Pyramid and Traditional bunk set. The home accommodates 9 people in total. There are 4 flat-screen TVs, high-speed WiFi, ceiling fans, and covered deck with furniture. View of marina and canal.
