VL58 - Cottage by the Sea (Sunday turn-day)
Located on the Roanoke Sound in the beautiful Pirate's Cove Resort, you have found the perfect coastal retreat! This contemporary and well-equipped home features 4 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms, as well as an additional outdoor hot/cold shower, and accommodates 10 guests. Enjoy the outdoor living space on the main level deck that offers a Hot Tub nestled under a Pergola, comfortable outdoor seating, a Gas Grill and an eating area with unforgettable views of the Sound. Bring your boat or just your fishing gear as this home has its own sound-front private double-dock and pier. Beautiful hardwood floors, coastal furnishings, a large kitchen, and a smart flat screen TV & DVD player can be found in the main level open-concept living area. The kitchen offers a 5-burner gas cook-top, new refrigerator, wall oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The top-floor and sound-front Master bedroom has a King bed, smart flat-screen TV, jetted tub for two, large tiled shower, and a private deck with rocking chairs; perfect for watching sunrises or stargazing! The 2nd bedroom, located on the main level, offers another King bed with a relaxed nautical vibe, a smart flat-screen TV, and en-suite bathroom. The final 2 bedrooms are located on the top floor and share a hall bathroom. The 3rd bedroom offers a Queen bed with amazing views of the sunsets over Manteo and smart flat-screen TV. The 4th bedroom offers a Twin and a Day Bed with a pull-out Trundle bed, under a vaulted ceiling and a flat-screen TV capable of handling a favorite gaming system or Internet connected device, and a DVD player. Additionally, there is a Queen inflatable mattress as well as a single cot. Village Landings 58 stands above the rest by offering a recreation area with a Ping-Pong table, 4 Bikes, inflatables, and 2 Kayaks for exploring the sound and surrounding canals. Also included is sports equipment and outdoor games for guests of all ages as well as family games and books. A 30' boat slip is available in a protected canal across the street at Ballast Point Canal #60. Neighborhood amenities include: Community pool and Clubhouse, Tennis Courts, Playground, Fitness Center, and Basketball and Volleyball Courts. Within the community there is the well-known Blue Water Grill & Raw Bar and Mimi's Tiki Hut (offering seasonal live music and fine spirits), a fully stocked Ship's Store, and a world-class marina.

We loved our vacation from the moment we walked in. We have been choosing Pirate’s Cove since 2003. This home is our favorite by far! We loved all the little touches that made it feel like home but also had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy. The dock and views were amazing! We were able to set the crab trap, kayak on the sound, soak up some sun on the dock and decks, and loved the hot tub multiple times a day! This community is so awesome. Everyone is friendly and we feel so safe there. The workout facility has everything I needed and more! We will be back!

House is beautiful and clean. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Lots of room for all 7 of us. We really enjoyed fishing off the pier. Neighborhood is quiet, safe and conveniently located. Lots to do near by!! Hope to return soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family Christmas vacation in Pirate’s Cove. It’s close to lots of places and restaurants and has a great view of the water.
