Access to the community pool, 30' of lighted dock space at Ballast Point Canal #102, enclosed ground-level room for storage & easy entry, and covered parking for boat or jet ski trailer are all perks with this vacation property! The spacious Master Bedroom, located on the top floor, holds a King bed and has a private balcony with stunning views. The 2nd Bedroom, also holding a King bed, is located on the landing between the Top and Living Levels. The 3rd Bedroom is located on the Living Level holds a Pyramid Bunk (Double on the bottom, Twin on top). The 4th and Final bedroom is located on the Entry Level and has a King bed with private ensuite bathroom. There is a bonus sleeping space on the Top Level with a Twin bed and skylight. Property Amenities include: 4 TVs, high-speed WiFi, covered deck with furniture, community pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and miles of lighted dock for walking and fishing. Panoramic views of Protected Marshes and parking for 4 vehicles maximum.1 spot is covered and can be used for your boat or jet-ski trailer (If the trailer does not fit in the covered spot, it must be stored off-site for an additional fee).

The house was perfect for us. Enough space for everyone, great internet, comfy beds, great location, and the sunsets were spectacular. Close to Manteo and Nags Head. Perfect for our fishing trip. We would come back to this house for sure.
